Role Title: MarTech & Sales Enablement Systems Technical Program Manager (SDR Automation Platforms & Solutions Delivery)
Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid role)

Job Description:
  • We're looking for a MarTech & Sales Enablement Program Manager to help optimize how marketing and sales connect at the bottom of the funnel. This role focuses on automation, funnel optimization, and AI-driven sales enablement - ensuring our Sales Development teams are empowered with the right tools, data, and insights at every step of the lead journey.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with marketing operations, sales ops, and product teams to enhance lead routing, automate engagement workflows, and experiment with next-generation tools like conversational AI and real-time sales intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize the lead flow and routing process, ensuring seamless transition from MQL to opportunity.
  • Manage and improve marketing automation workflows that trigger personalized sales communications.
  • Partner with SDR leadership to identify opportunities to augment productivity through AI and automation.
  • Evaluate, test, and implement conversational AI and voice enablement tools to streamline SDR call experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing Ops, Product) to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency across the MarTech stack.
  • Monitor and report funnel metrics, identifying opportunities for automation, personalization, and process improvement.

Experience (Required):
  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or MarTech Program Management roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Proven track record in lead management, funnel optimization, and campaign automation.
  • Understanding of SDR/BDR workflows and the sales engagement process.
  • Exposure to AI-driven sales enablement, voice/conversation intelligence, or real-time recommendation tools (e.g., Gong, Clari, Chorus, Drift, 6sense).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven mindset.

Experience (Desired):
  • Experience integrating AI or ML technologies into marketing/sales systems.
  • Familiarity with Customer Engagement Suites or Voice AI tools.
  • Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environment.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
