Job description

Our company is looking to fulfill a position for a grounds maintenance account manager. This position will be responsible for being the point of contact between the office staff and the crews in the field, as well as, the primary contact for contracted accounts. Employee will assess site conditions and suggest additional services to clients to improve the property while earning extra revenue for the company. Must be able to generate proposals in a quick and efficient manner. Employee will also handle any requests or concerns of the customer. Strong and clear communication with customer is a must to develop trust and the ability to deliver high quality service. Will require employee to visit job sites on a regular basis, work with the crews to help ensure the appearance of the site is aligned with contractual requirements. Employee must handle all incidents that might arise on a site. Employee will be involved in scheduling and must be able to multi-task. Employee must be able to generate and understand reports (budget, profit, time on jobs, etc) and present to upper management. Must be a quick learner and willing to learn our computer systems. Experience with Dynascape360 is preferred but not required. Excellent communication is key and must be physically able to work in all the elements. Minimum of 3 years of grounds maintenance experience is required. Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
