Job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Occupational Medicine physician with Woodland Clinic, you’ll join a physician-owned, physician-led medical group that treats a full spectrum of conditions. This is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice, collaborating closely with a robust network of medical and behavioral health colleagues. Woodland Clinic offers a supportive, multi-specialty environment perfect for a board-certified Occupational Medicine seeking a fulfilling outpatient role.

You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and engage in collaborative care with both primary care physicians and behavioral health teams. You will enjoy the benefit of a single, dedicated clinic location with traditional Monday-Friday hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), no inpatient or night call responsibilities which fosters an excellent work-life balance. The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi-specialty provider network.

Eligible candidates will be DOT certified and possess a strong clinical background in adult Occupational Medicine with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning. The incoming physician would be experienced at understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Medicine physician who is eager to contribute to patient well-being. The incoming physician would have a competitive income guarantee, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, generous time off, and access to system-wide resources through our affiliation with Dignity Health. Compensation and Benefits

We will offer the following incentives to eligible new hires:

  • Salary guarantee of $330,227for 18 months, followed by productivity model

Job Requirements

Required:

  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license

  • Board eligible or board certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine
