Job Summary:
Digitas North America is the Networked Experience Agency focused on creating magnetic experiences. The Senior Analyst in Data and Analysis will leverage data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients by analyzing large data sets and providing recommendations.
Responsibilities:
โข Instituting frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
โข Diving into large data sets, uncovering insights, and providing impactful recommendations to clients
โข Connecting the dots across channels through data (including display media, site, search, email, and social) to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts
โข Communicating with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests
โข Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive success for clientโs business goals
Qualifications:
Required:
โข 3-5 years of experience in analytics or strategy
โข A four-year college degree
โข Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape
โข Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels
โข Fluency with Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau
โข Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
โข Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALLยทE, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
