Administrative Assistant - Contract To Hire
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Richardson, TX area to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our growing staff. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where professionalism and discretion are essential.
Shift of the Administrative Assistant: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay Rate/Salary of the Administrative Assistant: $24.00 - $25.00
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Act as the central point of contact between executives, internal teams, and employees.
  • Oversee office operations to ensure smooth daily operations, manage supplies, liaise with building management, and maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
  • Assist with coordinating travel reservations and expense reports for business travel, including transportation and accommodations.
  • Order lunch and set up conference rooms for meetings as needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of related administrative, clerical, reception, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong experience managing complex international travel and shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to draft high-quality correspondence and business communications.
