Job Description:

What you can expect

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Customer Advocacy, you will build and run the programs that turnDatasite'smost passionate customers into powerful voices for our brand.You'lldrive key customer advocacy programs including customeradvisoryboards, customer stories, and voice of customer research.All toshapehow we listen to customers, how we learn from them, and how we amplify their stories to the market.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited for a seasonedproduct marketer who knows how to build lasting customer relationships, translate insights into strategy, and create content and programs that move the needle for sales, marketing, and product alike.

Responsibilities

  • Voice ofthecustomer:Design and ownDatasite'svoice of the customer program (methodology, cadence,and governance) to create a regular drumbeat of customer listening from opportunity creation through repeat purchase. Build reporting that makes customer sentiment visible and actionable, including signals that surface advocates and flag customer risk. Implement social listening practices tomonitorbrand conversations, emerging customer themes, and competitive signals across digital channels.
  • Customer advisorycouncil:OwnDatasite'sCustomer Advisorycouncilfrom end to end. Lead in-person and virtual sessions driving structured dialogue between strategic customers andDatasiteleadership. Synthesize feedback into clear recommendations that inform product, marketing, and go-to-market decisions
  • Customerstories:Build a world-class library of customer stories. Work across marketing teamsto get them seen, used, and working hardatevery stage of the buyer journey.Create enablement assets like one-page case studies, slides, and talktracks tofor sales teams to use as success stories.
  • Customer research:BeDatasite'sin-house customer intelligence engine - conducting rigorous research that informs positioning, product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.Design and run qualitative and quantitative customer research: interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, and persona validation.Build feedback loops with sales and customer success to keepDatasite'scustomer intelligence current.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a closely related field - ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proventrack recordbuilding or managing customer advocacy programs, customer advisory boards, or voice of customer initiatives.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative customerresearch andtranslating findings into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills -you'reas comfortable in a room with a C-suite customer as you are partnering with internal teams.
  • Experience with social listening toolsandthird-partyreview sitesto turn online conversationsinto actionableinsight.
  • Strong project management chops - you can run multiple programs simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Familiarity with M&A, financial services, or deal technology is a plus - but curiosity and drive tolearn mattermore.
  • Bachelorsdegreerequired, post-graduate degreea bonus.

Work Location & Flexibility

This position is based in our New York City office and follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work on-site a minimum of two days per week. Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate's compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

$118,800.00 - $207,200.00
