    Start Your Career in Global Logistics! The DSV Development Program is designed to find the next generation of logistics professionals and future leaders. Participants gain real business experience while building a deep understanding of global supply chains. The program combines hands-on operational experience, exposure to different areas of logistics, mentorship from experienced leaders, and structured professional development.

    Who is DSV? DSV is a global transport and logistics provider, supporting supply chains by air, sea, and road across more than 90 countries. Our purpose is simple: Keeping supply chains flowing.

    What does DSV do? DSV provides end-to-end logistics services that connect global trade in the following ways:

    • Air & Sea Freight: Global network connecting all major markets, partnerships with major carriers to deliver goods, international cargo and project shipments
    • Road Transport: Transportation across EMEA and North America, temperature-controlled and specialized options
    • Contract Logistics: Warehousing and distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain solutions for industries like healthcare, technology, and automotive

    What will you gain? For year one, base pay is $24.04/hour ($50,000 annually); year two, $25.00/hour ($52,000 annually). The rate of pay for this program is non-negotiable.
