    Weekend Material Handler

    Clarksville

    The material handler is responsible for operating a forklift and other material handling equipment for the purpose of shipping, receiving, and picking. Duties and responsibilities include loading outbound shipments via forklift or using other material handling equipment, moving product, and stacking products or materials. Efficiently and accurately load orders according to the appropriate doors and trailers. Unloading inbound shipments, moving product, replenishing product, stack and store products or materials. Efficiently and accurately locate and place products in appropriate storage areas. Accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands. Stack, package, band, shrink wrap, label products as determined by client requirements. Use proper documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled, and shipped correctly. Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Minimum required qualifications include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and the ability to operate material handling equipment. Skills, knowledge, and abilities include basic computer skills, RF scanners, WMS functions, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
