Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a respected nonprofit healthcare provider to hire a Payroll Specialist to join their tight‑knit accounting and finance team, based out of Brighton, MA. The Payroll Specialist will work directly with the CFO and gain exceptional visibility across the organization.

In this Payroll Specialist position, you will:
- Process biweekly payroll for 500+ Massachusetts employees
- Review and validate employee time sheets, ensuring accuracy before upload
- Coordinate with department managers to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Assist with payroll‑related reporting during month‑end close
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience (2+ years)
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with UKG or similar system is a major plus
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast‑paced nonprofit environment
Salary Range
$75,000-$85,000
