Role Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic, high-visibility cybersecurity initiatives across Identity & Access Management and Data Protection domains. The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing complex enterprise security projects within matrixed organizations and driving execution across global teams.
Required Experience:
โ€ข 10+ years of overall IT experience within Financial Services environments
โ€ข 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise technology/security projects
โ€ข Strong experience managing cybersecurity initiatives in:
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Identity Authentication & Authorization (IAA)
  • Data Protection (DP)
  • Security Operations
  • Attack Surface Management
    โ€ข Experience leading cross-functional global teams across business and technology groups
    โ€ข Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management experience
    โ€ข Experience managing project budgets ranging from $250K to $3M
    โ€ข Expertise with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies
    โ€ข Strong experience with:
  • MS Project
  • Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Clarity PPM
  • Power BI / Tableau
  • Microsoft Office 365 / MS Teams
    โ€ข Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
    โ€ข Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead mission-critical cybersecurity programs and project execution
โ€ข Drive project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and budgeting
โ€ข Manage project scope, change control, risks, and escalations
โ€ข Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
โ€ข Ensure compliance with change management and delivery methodologies
โ€ข Manage project financials, forecasts, and variance reporting through Clarity PPM
โ€ข Build collaborative delivery environments and optimize project resources
