Job description

CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Product Manager position for our client. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing Agile product delivery, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong product strategy expertise, technical acumen, and experience working closely with development teams in Agile environments.
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 7 months
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Translate business objectives and customer needs into prioritized product backlogs and actionable workstreams.
  • Create and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features, technical debt, and defect remediation using Agile prioritization frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and secure approvals on product direction and roadmap initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and OKRs to ensure successful product delivery and business value realization.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Product Management expertise
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of Technical Product Management or Product Management experience
  • Experience working with Agile software development teams
  • Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and enterprise product delivery initiatives
  • Strong collaboration experience with technical and business stakeholders

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
