Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a SAP CX Solution Lead – Utilities position for our client.
Location: Denver, CO
Duration: 2+ years
Duties:
- Lead the end-to-end SAP CX workstream, including discovery, design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Deliver SAP Service Cloud solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IS-U.
- Lead design workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
- Design utility customer service processes, including billing inquiries, move-in/move-out, payments, outages, and complaints.
- Define CX solution architecture and integration using SAP CPI, APIs, CTI, payment platforms, and customer portals.
- Manage project scope, risks, quality, and cross-functional onshore/offshore teams.
Skills:
- Expertise with SAP Service Cloud and/or SAP CRM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Experience with SAP CPI, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of BPMN, value stream mapping, and customer journey design.
Experience:
- 8–12 years of SAP consulting experience.
- 5+ years of SAP CX/CRM experience in the utilities industry.
- Minimum of two full lifecycle SAP CX implementations with lead responsibility.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise SAP transformation projects.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- SAP CX, Service Cloud, or CRM certifications are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
