Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Develop customized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs, goals, and preferences of clients, incorporating their feedback into the therapeutic process.
• Offer ongoing support and motivation to clients, guiding them through the complexities of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic care and optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
