Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health issues and create effective, personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to promote emotional wellness and personal growth.
  • Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and actively monitor their progress through regular evaluations and adjustments of the treatment approach.
  • Offer teletherapy alternatives and virtual session support for clients who face mobility challenges or prefer remote counseling.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and enhance client care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills and remain current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field, is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trusting relationships with clients.
  • Strong empathetic qualities, alongside a nonjudgmental and supportive attitude, are crucial for client engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, facilitating effective caseload management and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting providing therapy for a variety of mental health conditions.
  • A specialization in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is advantageous.
  • Experience with group therapy and support sessions is a plus, enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology to support remote therapy sessions effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
