Key Responsibilities

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate, ethical counseling sessions through video conferencing, catering to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilizing solution-focused therapy modalities to address diverse mental health challenges effectively.
• Creating individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs, ensuring a clear path for therapeutic progress.
• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and relationships deeply.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and stress, among others. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals build the skills necessary to enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

To qualify for this rewarding position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) that allows for independent practice.
• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses are accepted.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion in client interactions.
• Proficiency in computer software and digital communication tools, essential for remote therapy sessions.
• A reliable computer with a webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions and a stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of professional counseling experience. Experience in using telehealth platforms and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and schedule. In addition, our counselors enjoy:
