Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, fostering the development of personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances and progress.
  • Establish collaborative therapeutic goals and maintain accurate documentation essential to track client progress and uphold ethical standards.
  • Deliver teletherapy services to clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer virtual support, ensuring accessibility of mental health care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and seminars to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with emerging trends in therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, employing therapeutic techniques that resonate with their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • Strong empathy, a compassionate demeanor, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and struggles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling the effective management of caseloads and administrative tasks.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy for a variety of mental health conditions, including addiction, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques for delivering effective virtual therapy.
  • Previous work in a collaborative clinical setting with a focus on interdisciplinary teamwork and client-centered care.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
