Job description

Position Highlights:

  • Job Type: Physica Therapist Assistant
  • Location: Community Hospital
  • Schedule: PRN
  • Application Deadline: Open until August 10, 2026

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides patient care services to patients of all ages in accordance to the plan of care developed by the evaluating therapist, including implementation of the treatment plan, assessing the effectiveness of the treatment, communicating and collaborating with the evaluating physical therapist to promote maximum benefits from therapy, and educating patients/caregivers.
  • Documents provision of care according to current standards based on professional association and regulatory guidelines.
  • Submits appropriate, accurate, and timely billing information for services rendered.

Requirements:

  • Must be certified by the State of Colorado and have successfully completed an accredited physical therapist assistant program; previous experience preferred.

 

Compensation:

  • $30.00 - $34.50 per hour, depending on education and experience.
  • Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.

 

Additional Information:

  • Relocation: Must relocate to Grand Junction, CO 81505 before starting work.
  • Work Location: In-person/onsite
