Community Hospital is a full-service, acute-care hospital, licensed for 60 beds. We are an independently owned hospital that serves the Grand Valley of Colorado, which is the largest metropolitan area between Denver and Salt Lake City. In 2024, Community Hospital earned the prestigious 5-star quality rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and was recognized by Becker’s Healthcare as one of Colorado’s top recommended hospitals. In 2025, Community Hospital earned the highly coveted Outstanding Patient Experience Award™ from Healthgrades.

Endocrinology Position Highlights:
Grand Valley Endocrinology has been instrumental in supporting the strong regional demand for Endocrinology services.  As the only Endocrinology practice in the region, this practice sees a patient base that travels from all over Western Colorado and Eastern Utah. To better serve Endocrinology in the area, Community Hospital is actively looking for an additional Endocrinologist to join this well-established respected practice.

  • 32 Patient Contact Hours, plus 8 hours of administrative time per week.
  • Strong network of supporting specialists for consultations.
  • Dedicated ramp up period for new providers
  • Practice currently consists of an experienced Endocrinologist and an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner.
  • Meditech Expanse EMR

Position Includes:

    • Attractive and competitive guaranteed base salary of $280,000 with planned salary increases.
