The Human Resources Manager is responsible for performing technical and professional support work in the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resources functions involving payroll processing, benefit administration, recruitment, compensation surveys, and other related personnel areas.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, psychology or related field required. A bachelor's degree in human resource management is highly desired.
- Must have at least 2 years of related experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate competency in Excel and Word programs.
