This is a high-visibility role with meaningful client exposure and real ownership within one of real estate advisory's most intellectually demanding disciplines .

In this role, you will:

  • Organize, direct, and coordinate internal and external project resources, ensuring all workstreams remain aligned with client priorities and engagement timelines

  • Collaborate with practice leadership and teammates to shape project strategy, prioritize key decision drivers, and anticipate client needs across the full project lifecycle

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Colliers brokers to establish site selection and economic incentives consulting opportunities across the organization

  • Participate in conversations with prospective clients and draft compelling engagement proposals and prospect pricing

  • Contribute to the practice pipeline and conduct appropriate follow-up with new and existing client leads

  • Build and cultivate strategic relationships with key partner organizations across private sector, economic development, real estate, and corporate advisory communities

  • Represent Colliers at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements on behalf of the practice on an as-needed basis

  • Contribute to Colliers' thought leadership platform through blog posts, white papers, and industry articles

  • Extend Colliers' brand presence through professional social media engagement and active industry participation

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in site selection, incentives, economic development, real estate advisory, or strategic consulting

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Strong command of project management methodology, real estate strategy, economic development principles, and financial analysis

  • Exceptional written communication and presentation skills - you translate complex datasets into narratives that resonate with C-suite audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead multiple corporate projects simultaneously and manage cross-functional teams

  • Outstanding organizational skills with a track record of delivering on schedule and within budget

  • Proven strategic thinker with disciplined decision-making ability and execution follow-through

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite

  • Understanding of and ability to use GIS is preferred but not required

  • Ability to travel as required (typically up to 25% but occasionally up to 50% depending on project stage(s))
