- Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payments.
- Handle daily field cash collections and deposits.
- Conduct multiple home visits if contact is not made on the first attempt.
- Use the mobile application to update, process, and log information about business point transactions.
- Follow up on customer queries and ensure compliance with SOPs and security norms.

- Lead on-field operations of assets and implement business services into scalable operation needs.
- Understand process linkages across different processes and their implications on customer service with available assets.
Person Specification:
Essential Criteria:
- Knowledge and Technical/Work-based Skills: Good communication skills, proactive, ability to multitask.
- General Skills/Attributes: Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, people management.
- Experience: 1-2 years preferred, open to freshers as well.
