La Causa Development is a fully owned, for-profit subsidiary of Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC), providing professional expertise in full-service real estate development from design to implementation in Arizona and Nevada. Along with our subsidiaries Tiempo Inc., La Causa Construction LLC, and La Causa Realty, LLC, we deliver comprehensive services in design, construction, construction management, property management, and sales across retail, medical, mixed-use developments, and residential multi-family and single-family homes.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?

You will play a critical role in ensuring our communities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for residents. You will be responsible for maintaining approved cleaning supply inventories and ensuring all common areas, offices, models, laundries, and vacant units meet cleanliness and quality standards prior to move-in.

Your work directly supports resident satisfaction, safety, and overall community presentation.

  • Housekeeping or cleaning in apartments, hotels or private residences preferred.
