As part of our high-volume, full-service restaurant team, you’ll move with speed, efficiency, and a sense of urgency to clear and reset tables for service. As a Busser, you’ll support servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
  • Clear tables quickly with attention to detail, removing dishes, glassware, and cutlery
  • Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware, maintaining consistent presentation
  • Provide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming experience for every guest
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork by supporting servers and bartenders with pre-bussing, refilling beverages, and guest requests
  • Perform dining area maintenance, including cleaning floors, sweeping and mopping as needed
  • Complete station setup and breakdown, stocking duties, and closing tasks, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
  • Sort and pre-sort dishware and utensils to support efficient operations
  • Follow instructions with accuracy and ownership
  • Work efficiently with speed and consistency in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with the front-of-house team to support a positive guest experience

Your Background
  • Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with bussing, bar backing, food running, hosting or server assistant duties, a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing a friendly and positive guest experience
  • Dependable, reliable, punctual, and dedicated, with a passion for guest satisfaction
  • Team player with strong communication and guest service skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively
  • Work well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twist
  • Must be at least 18 years old
