    • Manage seamless integrations between key tools in the tech stack and the CRM
    • Develop and manage operational workflows for campaign and program execution, including segmentation, list management, email development and deliverability, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR)
    • Own strategic evaluation of, implement, and optimize new tools and processes to improve team efficiency and measurement capabilities, including AI-powered workflows
    • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations on lifecycle definitions and attribution, lead scoring, and routing methodologies
    • Partner with digital marketing stakeholders on tracking/tagging and UTM governance across all channels
    • Build framework for email performance and other operational reporting, and regularly deliver actionable insights to marketing leadership
    • Manage and develop our Email Marketing Specialist

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • 6-8+ years of experience in marketing automation/operations, demand gen and/or analytics, with at least 4+ years in an operational role
    • Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) preferred
    • B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Healthtech experience preferred
    • Demonstrates solid understanding of a B2B demand generation funnel
    • Proven experience building and optimizing tech stacks and lead scoring models
    • Experience using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and nativeconnectors/form handlers
    • Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and manage across several simultaneous projects
    • Strong communication skills and collaborative excellency across a variety of teams and seniority levels
