Overview:

The Baseball Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing retail store. This role involves assisting fans in selecting merchandise, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience during baseball games and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding merchandise
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer’s shopping experience
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately
  • Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure merchandise is presented attractively
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
  • Assist with pricing, tagging, and organizing merchandise
  • Handle exchanges and returns in accordance with store policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Uphold company policies and ensure security of cash and merchandise
  • Assist with closing and opening procedures as needed

Qualifications & Skills:
