You will manage governance, operating model, adoption, value realization, and stakeholder engagement workstreams while serving as a trusted advisor to client managers and directors. You will also coach junior team members and coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.Working closely with clients and delivery teams, you will help organizations establish scalable AI operating models, embed responsible AI practices, manage transformation risks, and drive sustainable adoption of AI and agentic AI capabilities. You will independently manage workstreams, develop executive-ready recommendations, and ensure transformation activities remain aligned with business objectives and technical delivery outcomes.### Key Responsibilities* Lead AI, data, and transformation workstreams, defining operating models, governance structures, organizational frameworks, and delivery approaches that enable scalable business outcomes.* Develop business cases, value realization frameworks, financial models, and executive dashboards that connect transformation investments to measurable results.* Support AI and agentic AI initiatives through governance design, adoption strategies, business readiness planning, and change management activities.* Facilitate executive and stakeholder workshops, synthesize complex findings, and develop strategic recommendations, steering materials, and transformation roadmaps for senior leadership.Partner with business and technical teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, accelerate delivery, contribute to solution development and proposals, and leverage AI-enabled ways of working to improve delivery effectiveness.## Your Skills + ExperienceYou bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‐enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‐augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‐driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments. Required:* 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, transformation delivery, or enterprise change programs across technology, data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.* Proven ability to lead workstreams within complex transformation programs, driving governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery outcomes.* Experience supporting AI and agentic AI initiatives, including operating model design, governance, change management, business readiness, and adoption.* Knowledge of AI technologies and concepts, including GenAI, copilots, agentic AI, multi-agent systems, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise AI use cases.* Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills, with experience leveraging AI-enabled ways of working to enhance analysis, solution development, and client delivery.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,500 - $189,890.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
