  • Configure and manage Azure environments, release pipelines, infrastructure, security controls, secrets management, and identity access.
  • Implement infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, and deployment automation to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to continuously enhance deployment processes, automation, and DevOps best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a DevOps Engineer supporting Azure cloud environments and enterprise data platforms.
  • Strong expertise designing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep or ARM Templates, along with PowerShell and/or Python scripting.
  • Experience with Git version control, Azure security, identity management, and secrets management using Azure Key Vault.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Power BI Deployment Pipelines.
  • Experience implementing Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights for platform monitoring and operational support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, cloud governance, and enterprise security best practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud migration, data platform modernization, or analytics transformation initiatives.
  • Financial services consulting or regulated industry experience.

Why Join Capco

  • Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions.
  • Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture.
  • Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications.
  • Be part of a team shaping the future of digital financial services.
  • Help shape the future of digital transformation across Financial Services & Energy.
