The Systems Architect I is responsible for discovering and analyzing client needs and implementing them effectively on the proprietary platform, Benefitsolver. This role defines, documents, and performs system configurations while collaborating with the onboarding team members to identify defects and manage rework throughout the implementation cycle. It requires a strong understanding of business processes and tasks to ensure seamless integration and support for others in performing their roles effectively. What you need to make the cut:
The pay range for this position is 70K to 110K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.
