The ideal candidate must possess an exceptional skill in listening, communication, organization, multi-tasking and attention to detail. This person needs to be a highly efficient, organized, resourceful, and reliable individual who can hit the ground running.
How you will make an impact / Responsibilities include

• Creating Sales orders and work orders
• Provide support to answer phones, when necessary, enter data in specific data fields compile, sort and verify

the accuracy of data before entered.

• Locate and correct data entry errors.
• Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines and tasks
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
• Excellent time management & communication skills, multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
• High attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
• Attendance is essential in this position.
