Job description

PURPOSE
Works with client to manage the installation of residential and/or commercial wood framed construction projected by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plans installation projects, establishing priorities and sequences for installed products.
  • Visits job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards are satisfactory and that project is being completed on time.
  • Confers with client to ensure customer satisfaction with the project and communicates recommendations for improvement to Field Supervisor and/or Installation Manager.
  • Oversees subcontractors assigned to the project and observes workers to ensure compliance with company's safety standards
  • Reviews reports and resolves problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent installation delays.
  • Other duties as assigned

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

      • Wood framing for single family residential construction.
      • Installation of windows, doors, interior trim and exterior trim.
      • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards to ensure compliance.
