System Architecture & Design
  • Lead development of system architecture, defining key interfaces, dependencies, and integration points.
  • Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Drive cross-functional technical reviews and architecture alignment.

Integration & Quality Assurance
  • Collaborate closely with software, hardware (if applicable), and platform teams to ensure cohesive system integration.
  • Partner with Systems Test teams to define verification and validation strategies.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality system delivery.
  • Own technical risk identification and mitigation planning across the lifecycle.

Lifecycle Leadership
  • Guide programs from concept definition through development, integration, validation, and final system release.
  • Support roadmap planning with technical feasibility input and long-range capability planning.
  • Anticipate future platform and experience needs to inform architectural direction.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, platform development, or complex product delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience leading system architecture and cross-functional technical integration.
  • Strong understanding of requirements development, system decomposition, and verification/validation processes.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-disciplinary systems from concept to launch.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Competencies
