Job description

We’re looking for a full-time E-Commerce Manager to manage and expand key online sales channels. This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly organized, and eager to take ownership of a critical area within our company.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Developing & Expanding Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with key e-commerce partners and marketplaces.
  • Account & Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with partners, ensuring long-term success and profitability.
  • Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination: Work with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.
  • Data Analysis & Strategy: Monitor performance metrics, track trends, and adjust strategies to optimize sales and operations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee processes related to inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience, ensuring a seamless operation.
  • Process Improvement & Delegation: Create and refine workflows that allow for scalability, automation, and team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A self-motivated individual with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • E-commerce experience with a strong understanding of online sales and account management.
  • Ability to manage complex processes and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing multiple moving parts.
  • Experience in delegating and leading a team is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, or online advertising is a plus.
  • College or university education is beneficial but not required.
