Blueprints is hiring a PA State Manager for our Connecting Children and Families Department
Qualifications: BA/BS in a Human Services Field
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience in child welfare field.
  • Must have knowledge of best practice models in child welfare system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with youth, families, collaborating agencies, internal/external stakeholders and community in leveraging services and support.
  • Demonstrates good judgement and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to handle a high degree of emotional stress and the emotional stress of others.

The Pennsylvania State Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for CCF program operations across the state, ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, quality, and funding requirements. This role supervises program staff, supports hiring and performance management, and provides ongoing guidance to ensure effective service delivery and positive outcomes. The State Manager collaborates with community partners, represents CCF within the social services network, and works closely with leadership to develop, evaluate, and improve programs, policies, and best practices. The ideal candidate is a strong, ethical leader with excellent organizational and relationship-building skills who is committed to maintaining high standards of service and accountability.
