Blueprints is hiring a Consumer Family Satisfaction Team Member
Skills, Abilities and Experience
- Knowledge of Washington County social service network and community resources.
- Must be able to work independently without close daily supervision.
- Consumer/family member of mental health and/or substance abuse.
- Must have good verbal, written and listening skills.
- Must be able to interact with a variety of people.
- Must possess good social skills.
- Must have a willingness to enhance computer skills.
- Must have strong phone skills.
- Must present a professional appearance.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Essential Functions
- Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
- Organize materials and daily time schedules.
- Conduct face-to-face or phone interviews with consumers and/or family members of mental health/substance abuse programs at service sites or at the Blueprints office.
- Complete office responsibilities (checking completed surveys for accuracy, filing surveys appropriately, submitting time/travel sheets in a timely manner).
- Attend meetings, trainings, conferences as required.
- Participate in organizing and/or attending CFST events.
