B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Solar Field Engineer to join our team at the Fremont Solar project site. We are looking for motivated professionals with a background in construction and a passion for renewable energy to help us drive project organization, safety, and operational excellence.

We are offering a competitive hourly wage of $22–$25/hour (depending on experience). Because this position regularly logs 50–60 hours a week, you will benefit from significant, consistent overtime pay weekly.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A SOLAR FIELD ENGINEER
As a Field Engineer on our Renewables team, you will be located directly on the project site throughout the week to support field execution. This is a dynamic role bridging the gap between field construction and project management.
Your daily tasks will include:
