Job description

The Operations Team Leader will oversee a small team of 1-5 members, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across multiple sites. This role involves frequent travel and requires strong leadership to manage schedules, maintain quality standards, and coordinate resources effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive in process improvements and committed to upholding safety and customer relationship standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a small operations team to achieve performance goals
  • Manage scheduling and allocation of resources across sites
  • Conduct quality control inspections to maintain service standards
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
  • Coordinate training and development activities for team members
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Prepare daily operations reports, staff performance reviews, and incident reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain positive customer relations and address client concerns
  • Travel frequently between sites to monitor and support operations
