Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Harrisburg Pennsylvania 17101

Anticipated Start Date: 05/04/2026

Expected Duration: 06 Months contract with high possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $18.13hr on W2

Job Type: 3 days in office 2 days Remote

Job Description

• Download bank reports and files from banking platform
• Upload files of various types to internal shareholder system
• Enter transactions into internal accounting systems

Requirement

• 1+ years of experience in the asset management/ financial services / banking industries with specific experience in bank operations and data analyst preferred
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access
• Advanced experience with Visual Basics for Application (VBA) knowledge preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
