Position Title: Operational Specialist
Location: Miami, FL-Onsite
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 12 months with a high possibility in extension
Pay Rate Range: $21.02/Hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description:
***Work location is Miami, FL (Hialeah) Candidate hours will be Brazil Business Hours and Holidays which means working during US Holidays.***
- Training- 120 days 100% in office- M-: 9am-6pm EST
- After training you will transition to Hybrid- 3 days in office, 2 remote
Required-
1. Fluent English and Portuguese- โข Spanish a Plus
2. Microsoft Office
3. Strong attention to detail
First point of contact for inquiries received in Latam (Brazil) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone channel. Day to day activities will include being responsible for reading, analyzing and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests. Requests consist of treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products. May work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries, issues, and/or technical support.
Preferred-
โข 1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience.
