Program Analyst, CDS (Remote)

Full-time, United States

As a Program Analyst within Client Shared Services Analytics, you will partner and align with Program Management and commercial teams to support and drive customer programs forward by proactively monitoring and measuring program goals, seeking opportunities for savings and process efficiencies, and providing analytical insights into the data.

Thisis adynamic and fast-paced environmentthatmay use traditional travel data as well as operational data, data provided by the customer, vendor data, or data from other BCD Travel business lines or companies that come together to form a customer's program.Some travel may be requiredfrom time to timefor internal or customer meetings.

As aProgram Analyst, CDS, you will

  • Focus on benchmarking, trending, data mining, and data analytics
  • Analyze customer travel patterns and make recommendations to Program Management for cost savings and other efficiencies
  • Assist Program Management in developing, implementing, and reporting on KPIs and SLAs as contractually agreed while
  • Organize, provide, or participate in internal or customer-facing training
  • Create customer business reviewsincludingcontent customization and presenting directly to the customer, attending customer meetings virtually or in person where necessary
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Program Management within Client Shared Services
  • Create and maintain automated and non-automated report schedules
  • Monitor customer SLAs and notify Program Management if any deliverables are at risk
  • Proactively conduct audits on data quality to identify root causes, impacts, and opportunities

About you

  • Proven travel agency or travel industry experience across multiple business areas such as operations, customer relationship/account management, or technology
  • Solid understanding of how travel data flows from point-of-sale systems to downline systems
  • Knowledge of quality control processes, ETL processes,basicSQL, and travel terminology
  • Power BI skills required
  • You are self-motivated and seek to understand and solve problems
  • You have an acute attention to detail to be able to uncover anomalies, errors, trends, and patterns
  • You have a curiosity that drives you to deep-dive into the data to anticipate and answer the 'so what' questions
  • You are self-assured and not afraid to ask questions
