Position Summary: Industrial Chemical Specialist

  • Looking for a dynamic role that combines technical skill with safety and process optimization? As an Industrial Chemical Specialist, you’ll be integral to delivering high-quality chemical solutions, adhering to stringent safety standards and working collaboratively in a team.
  • Shifts primarily run Monday to Friday, 4 am to 12 noon or 11:30 am to 7:30 pm, with some overtime necessitated by operational demands.
  • Engage in safety audits, uphold rigorous housekeeping standards, and actively participate in sourcing safety enhancements.
  • Manage production using digital systems, ensuring products meet quality benchmarks before dispatch.

Core Competencies:

  • High School or GED credentials, backed by a minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
  • Able to physically handle tasks requiring fifty-pound lifts and frequent movement including ladder climbs.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Experience:

  • Proven background in chemicals or manufacturing (3+ years).
  • Experience with SAP or similar management software.
  • Skills in automated system operations like DCS/PLC.

Proficiency covers:

  • Forklift certification and handling.
  • Machine setup for production tasks.
  • Operating manual machining tools.
