Job description

Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity in Northern Colorado
4x10 Schedule | Exceptional Team Support | Great Quality of Life
Are you looking for a Family Medicine opportunity with a balanced schedule, strong team support, and time to enjoy life outside of medicine? Join Banner Health's Primary Care Clinic in Johnstown, CO, located in beautiful Northern Colorado, where you'll practice comprehensive outpatient medicine with a collaborative care team and the resources of a nationally recognized health system.
Position Highlights
  • Full-time outpatient Family Medicine opportunity
  • 4x10 schedule with 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time
  • 18-20 patients per day with dedicated support to provide high-quality patient care
  • Shared phone-only call approximately 1-2 weeks per year
  • Comprehensive care team including MAs, PharmD, Behavioral Health, Case Management, Social Work, and clinic leadership
  • Onsite imaging and laboratory services
  • Care for patients of all ages, including wellness visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, and procedures based on physician interest
  • Practice with autonomy while benefiting from the resources and support of a large integrated health system
Banner Health Total Compensation Package
  • Competitive base salary: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience) plus incentives
  • $100K educational loan repayment plus PSLF eligible
  • $60K sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
  • Up to $18K resident stipend available
  • Paid malpractice coverage and CME
  • Comprehensive benefits package that provides security for you and your family
Qualifications
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Valid Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one
  • Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care and commitment to team-based medicine
