Nuestra vacante y tus responsabilidades
Por ampliacion de nuestro equipo de Coordinacion del Servicio Asistencia Tecnica para la Peninsula Iberica precisamos incorporar en nuestra delegacion de Madrid: Coordinador/a Servicio Asistencia Tecnica (SAT) - Dispatcher
Te incorporaras al equipo nacional de Scheduling & Dispatching responsabilizandose de la programacion y coordinacion de las asistencias tecnicas externas, a realizar por el equipo de Tecnicos SAT.
El tipo de intervenciones a coordinar que requieren planificacion y programacion a corto plazo. Nuestros clientes son especialmente industrias de los segmentos farmaceutico, de alimentacion y bebidas, quimico, cosmetico, asi como centros de investigacion y/o universidades, entre otros.
Principales funciones:
- Planificar y ajustar las ordenes de servicio programadas y asignadas, segun perfiles/conocimientos del personal tecnico del equipo de zona y su disponibilidad.
- Coordinar con los clientes la confirmacion de la cita y disponibilidades para garantizar la realizacion del servicio
- Mantener comunicacion constante los Tecnicos SAT para compartir detalles de las intervenciones, y resolver cambios y/o incidencias que pudieran surgir.
- Mantener registros precisos de las ordenes de servicio, incluyendo el estado del trabajo, asignaciones de tecnicos y tiempos de finalizacion.
- Apoyar a los Tecnicos con tareas administrativas/ de soporte (preparacion de las ordenes de trabajo, seguimiento de inventario, coordinacion con logistica, facturacion y otras tareas para las que pudieran necesitarse coordinacion).
- Desarrollar y mantener una comunicacion fluida y positiva tanto con los clientes asignados como con el equipo de Tecnicos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los Coordinadores de averias/incidencias
Lo que necesitas
- Formacion tecnica o solidos conocimientos, que asegure capacidad para entender y desenvolverse en un entorno tecnico.
- Experiencia de al menos 2 anos en la planificacion de servicios tecnicos y personas, preferiblemente en un entorno tecnico o de ingenieria.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office y software de programacion de servicios.
- Habilidades organizativas y de gestion del tiempo y atencion al detalles.
- Habilidad para mantener y evaluar datos para la toma de decisiones.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicacion e interpersonales y mentalidad de trabajo en equipo
- Orientacion al servicio y al cliente y capacidad para anticipar y responder a sus necesidades de manera oportuna y eficaz.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y gestionar multiples prioridades.
- Buen conocimiento de la geografia de la zona asignada (Norte y/o Centro)
- Residencia en Madrid, San Fernando de Henares o cercanias.
- Buscamos a una persona que haya desempenado funciones de planificacion/coordinacion funcional en un entorno idealmente de asistencia tecnica como (Coordinacion de Servicio tecnico externo, coordinacion de equipos de mantenimiento preventivo/correctivo en plantas industriales o red de centros/tiendas, etc), o en un entorno diferente (coordinacion, transporte y logistica etc.) pero en el que se den las caracteristicas arriba mencionadas.
