Required skills:
8+ years in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or endpoint management
Strong interest and working knowledge of enterprise AI tools and endpoint requirements
Deep expertise in app packaging and deployment using SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, MDT, and macOS/Windows formats
Strong Client 365, Entra ID, Autopilot, and modern device management experience
Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python automation
Solid Windows 10/11, macOS, AD, Group Policy, and endpoint security knowledge
Experience creating deployment metrics, dashboards, and operational documentation
Strong troubleshooting, process design, and communication skills

Nice to have skills:
Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
Familiarity with Jamf Pro, Ubantu, Munki, and macOS enterprise management platforms
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants, LLM-based tools, or AI development environments at the desktop level

The role focuses on deploying and supporting enterprise AI tools, advising stakeholders, troubleshooting endpoint-level issues, and helping define best practices for AI adoption. You will partner closely with AI, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure AI tools are secure, performant, compliant, and user-ready at scale.
