About the Role

KASIM is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. This role will be responsible for ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement while supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce logistics costs, and maximize service levels.
• Monitor KPIs related to inventory turnover, logistics performance, supplier efficiency, and operational productivity.
• Coordinate supply planning and inventory control to avoid stock shortages and overstock situations.
• Negotiate with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers to ensure competitive pricing and operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, logistics procedures, and corporate policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to align business objectives.
• Lead and develop supply chain teams, promoting accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand forecasting, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency preferred.

• Availability to travel as required.
