Job description
About the Position: As a Management and Program Analyst, you will serve as an expert analyst to management, evaluating the effectiveness of government programs, operations, and organizational efficiency. You will ensure that day-to-day operations are executed in a timely manner. You will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and executing Center programs while providing advisory assistance to all levels of management on installation-wide and enterprise initiatives.Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Additional information about transcripts is in this document.
Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position, you must possess at least one year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Serves as a primary administrator for organizational programs, such as government travel card and acquisition programs. 2) Provides technical guidance, training and data analysis to improve program performance and organizational efficiency. 3) Ensures compliance with agency policies, internal controls, and higher headquarters through effective oversight and accountability.Education:Employment Type: OTHER
