Assist in the design, delivery, and quality assurance monitoring of staff training programs.
Obtain and maintain certifications required for staff training and assist in facilitating staff obtaining professional certifications.
Prepare materials, coordinate, and monitor all training activities associated with external trainers.
The Training Coordinator is a part of the team that is responsible for enhancing the outcomes of persons supported by the agency through the development and implementation of staff training programs which promote the agency's mission. The Training Coordinator assists with the preparation and delivery of training to staff, so that they are prepared to successfully meet the needs of the people they support. One of the primary functions of the Training Coordinator is to conduct the training courses and ensure that all records of training are maintained accordingly.
