  • Translate research findings into product recommendations, design hypotheses, user stories, and actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and end users throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design concepts.
  • Develop and refine intuitive user interfaces for digital applications and products.
  • Apply usability principles, mental models, and user-centered design practices to product strategy and execution.
  • Use rapid prototyping and visualization techniques to explore and validate potential solutions.

  • Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Document research findings, design decisions, processes, and product recommendations.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, research findings, business requirements, and technical considerations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and application/interface designs.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and iconography.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers/developers, end users, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and iterative product development environments.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or comparable design tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile product development and working with product backlogs and user stories.
  • Experience analyzing quantitative product or user data.
