We are seeking a creative and user-focused Interaction Designer responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The role involves defining user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns, and design specifications while collaborating closely with UX researchers, UI designers, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver user-centered products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive user interactions for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

  • Create user flows, task flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

  • Develop interaction patterns that improve usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with UX researchers to translate user insights into design solutions.

  • Work closely with product managers and developers to define product requirements and user experiences.

  • Design micro-interactions, animations, transitions, and feedback mechanisms that enhance usability.

  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.

  • Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.

  • Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction guidelines.

  • Create detailed interaction specifications and documentation for development teams.

  • Collaborate throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

  • Stay up to date with emerging UX, interaction design, and human-computer interaction (HCI) trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience (UX), Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.

  • Strong understanding of:

    • User-centered design (UCD)

    • Interaction design principles

    • Information architecture

    • Human-computer interaction (HCI)

    • Usability and accessibility standards

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as:

    • Figma

    • Sketch

    • Adobe XD

    • Axure RP

    • ProtoPie

    • Framer

  • Experience creating:

    • User flows

    • Wireframes

    • Interactive prototypes

    • Design specifications

  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with development teams.

  • Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user behavior.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.

  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, or consumer-facing applications.

  • Understanding of motion design and micro-interaction principles.

  • Experience working with accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 or later).

  • Google UX Design Professional Certificate

  • Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) UX Certification

  • Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Certifications
