This is a hands on technical role focused on end to end delivery, from solution architecture through production deployment, within a governed, enterprise grade environment. You will work directly with IT on identity, security, and platform governance to ensure every solution meets enterprise standards at scale.
This is an individual contributor role with high visibility across executive stakeholders and cross functional teams.
What You'll Do

  • Own the Microsoft Graph API and Azure Entra ID integration layer, including service principals, OAuth flows, and enterprise data access permissions in collaboration with IT

  • Design and build RAG pipelines that ground AI solutions in proprietary enterprise knowledge using Azure AI Search or equivalent vector stores

  • Build and expose custom LLM backends (Azure OpenAI, Claude API, or similar) as REST endpoints callable from agents via custom connectors

  • Establish reusable patterns, component libraries, and ALM practices, including managed solutions, environment to environment deployment, and CI/CD pipelines, enabling others to build safely at scale

  • Instrument solutions for usage analytics, including adoption metrics, time saved estimates, and business impact data

  • Power Automate cloud flows with HTTP connectors, custom connectors, and integration to Microsoft Graph and Dataverse

  • Microsoft Graph API at enterprise scale, querying SharePoint, users, calendar, and Teams data

  • Azure Entra ID, including app registrations, service principals, OAuth, and enterprise permission management

  • Python at a production level, including LLM API orchestration, data pipelines, and REST endpoint development

  • RAG architecture, including chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector store implementation (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, pgvector, or equivalent)

  • Azure OpenAI or equivalent LLM API integration via custom connectors

  • Power Platform ALM and DLP administration, including solution lifecycle, environment strategy, and connector governance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, or related field

  • 4 to 7 years in AI engineering, enterprise automation, or Microsoft 365 development (or equivalent project portfolio)

  • At least one production deployment connecting a Microsoft front end to a custom LLM or RAG backend

  • Experience navigating enterprise IT governance, including DLP, environment strategy, and admin boundaries, in organizations of 5,000+ employees

  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, LangChain or LlamaIndex, Dataverse schema design, prompt engineering, or LLM evaluation

Why ADI
