- Leadership in technical solutioning across BSS Application stack for HCL's Telecom Customers
- RFx in US Account Mining, Generate leads Capability building, reusable asset creation
- Strong IT experience in Telecom domain with BSS experience in Retail, Enterprise and wholesale LOB
- Extensive experience in tactical and strategic product roll-out, including Technology recommendations, architecture, domain driven solutions, API led connectivity, Risk Management, Fault Tolerance, NFR, Resilient architectures
- Hand-on architecture design/consulting experience with either Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Sigma e2e BSS stack
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer advisory role across BSS stack
- Familiarity with eTOM/SID/TAM models, GSMA standards
- Experience with TMF architecture & Integration standards- ODA, NaaS, Open API
- Experience in e-commerce and Omni-chanel transformations, Customer experience
- Strong experience in Business Architecting and designing IT solutions with Enterprise Integrations, Legacy modernization, Functional consolidation
- TOGAF 9 and TMF certifications are preferred.
